Fair Go is an informational tool. Its analysis is generated by AI and is not legal, medical, or financial advice. AI can make mistakes. Always verify any finding with your insurer, your provider, or a qualified advocate before acting on it. You are responsible for decisions you make about your bills.
The quality of any analysis depends on the quality and completeness of what you provide: incomplete, unclear, or inaccurate inputs produce unreliable outputs. The Service does not have access to your full medical history, the complete facts of your situation, your plan's full terms, or the broader context a professional would gather, and it cannot account for what it cannot see.

Acceptable use

You accept and agree that any use of outputs from the Service is at your sole risk, and that you will not rely on any output as a sole source of truth or factual information, or as a substitute for professional advice.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fair Go, Inc. will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any decision you make based on the Service's output.
Fair Go, Inc. will have no liability for any damages, liabilities, or losses (including any loss of data or profits) or any other consequences you may incur because of a service suspension, termination, or outage.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability under these terms will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid for the Service that gave rise to the claim during the 12 months before the liability arose, or fifty dollars ($50).
Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may terminate your account at any time as described above.
